BLU-TEC® PROLOAD DUST-TIGHT MATERIAL APPLICATION

The new BLU-TEC® Proload feeding points enable virtually dust-tight and loss-free material feeding and transfer,
even without side sealing rubbers. The system is available in 2-meter standard modules
and can be installed immediately in existing feeding points.

The BLU-TEC® Proload is designed in such a way that your existing operating processes are hardly affected.
Depending on the conveyed material, only annual maintenance is required, which mainly consists of a visual inspection.

The Proload system is available in three versions: Proload Normal Duty, Proload Heavy Duty and Proload Extra Heavy Duty.
The variants differ primarily in the design of the supports and sheet metal components. Depending on the area of application, the systems are individually adapted statically to the respective conveyed goods and the conveying capacity. The Proload system is also suitable for different belt widths.

FLEXAL®
Highly elastic feed system with direct impact absorption

The conveyor belt is optimally supported and cushioned by elastic cross belts with HDPE sliding pads.
The sliding pads can be easily replaced without special tools and enable
active impact absorption at trough angles of 20 to 75°.

Thanks to its elasticity, the FLEXAL® system ensures direct and particularly effective impact absorption,
which protects the conveyor belt and extends its service life. In addition, the increased troughing angle improves material guidance,
so that side guide rubbers are usually no longer necessary.
