How maintenance works with ROC by NILOS
Our “ROC by NILOS” software therefore has three main objectives: Automation,
process optimization and resource conservation. To achieve this, all components of a system are first recorded in “ROC by NILOS”. The status of a system or conveyor system component can then be queried at any time. In the event of damage or necessary maintenance, for example, the key data of the component to be repaired can be easily looked up in “ROC by NILOS”.
The software also sends automatic maintenance reminders. An e-mail is also sent automatically when the condition is regularly checked and assessed, allowing us to initiate appropriate measures for the customer

Maintenance with ROC by NILOS has many advantages. This eliminates the need for time-consuming clarifications by our service staff on site and saves working time and kilometers. The clear documentation in the system facilitates the flow of communication. And the monitoring and regular maintenance of the system also has an indirect effect on occupational safety.
